▶ Donating to those in need of long-term medical care and durable equipment.

"In the process of public service, it's not so much that we have helped you,
but rather you have also healed us."
Thank you to the frontline social workers and home medical teams!

The elderly population in Taiwan is rapidly growing, and the number of disabled individuals has significantly increased. These individuals require medical care and durable medical equipment, which can be a heavy burden for disadvantaged families. To fulfill its social responsibility, TaskUs, an American company, has commissioned the 'ALTRUISTIC+Social Enterprise' to inventory its resources and integrate its donation project. This project focuses on addressing the allocation of medical resources in urban and rural areas and the burden of primary caregivers of disabled individuals in response to the needs of the aging population.

TaskUs employees have once again responded to the company's initiative to turn profits into social care by voluntarily donating their income to actively participate in social welfare programs. TaskUs is a company that provides outsourced consumer experience (BPO) management services for global businesses. Through professional assistance in solving technical and service business problems, it enables clients to be more efficient and focused on developing new technologies and products, earning the trust of many well-known companies. In addition to its focus on business expansion, TaskUs invests in various social welfare services and fulfills its corporate social responsibility. The company's core value, "Be Ridiculous!", has transformed its attention to social welfare affairs, conveying innovation and influence to bring about more positive charitable beliefs.

The professional integration of social resources has a greater meaning in exploring the true issues at its essence. The 'ALTRUISTIC+Social Enterprise'  has long been concerned with groups such as the elderly, disabled, women and children, and high-risk (vulnerable) families. The team has professional long-term care and social welfare backgrounds, as well as experience integrating donations for corporate and organizational groups.

Through a service model of "trust, the effectiveness of implementation and the advocacy" and a perspective of "public-private cooperation", the effective flow of private resources is achieved, achieving social welfare and the unity of the community for a better society.
