【Global Project!】 Integration of Telemedicine Mobile Clinic Project
This International Project by Rotary International aims to serve Taiwan and change society by streamlining and integrating social resources to achieve sustainable development goals. Based on preventive healthcare, it addresses the lack of medical personnel and resources in rural areas and the medical needs of underserved populations, healthcare, advanced equipment, and strategic planning to provide continuous home-based medical care, balance the healthcare inequality in rural areas, and fulfill the mission of serving the underserved populations in Taiwan.
The project, spearheaded by Rotary International, leverages technology to provide remote medical consultations and services through Ditmanson Medical Foundation Chia-Yi Christian Hospital. This eliminates the need for patients to travel long distances to receive medical attention. The project integrates advanced equipment and strategies to provide continuous medical care to patients in remote areas and improve healthcare in underserved communities. Rotary International's ultimate goal is to establish a sustainable healthcare model that will benefit these communities for years to come.

We're creating sustainable services and making sustainable impact of projects, collecting information on local community needs, pre-and post-activity evaluations, tangible impacts and conduct community assessment.
