Keelung's elderly population, aged 65 and above, reached 74,335 by March 2024, constituting 20.54% of the total population, marking it as a "super-aged society". With a rise in dementia and disabilities, there's an urgent need for home care services. Yet, Keelung's mountainous terrain poses challenges for caregivers. Integrating private resources is crucial to address hidden cases promptly.

The 'ALTRUISTIC+ Social Enterprise' focuses on sustainable development, serving vulnerable groups across Taiwan. Collaborating with Keelung City Government, we provide home care services for bedridden individuals citywide, easing caregivers' burden and promoting preventive healthcare.
❤️ Enhancing Service Access for Disabilities:
Today's opening ceremony was led by Keelung City Government Vice Mayor Ms. Chiu Pei-Lin, along with the directors and officials from the Health Bureau and Social Affairs Department, alongside several legislators and councilors. Looking ahead, we'll focus on three main goals: boosting local employment, empowering individuals, especially women and vulnerable groups, to enter the long-term care sector, and expanding the social safety net. Our aim is to create an inclusive society and make Keelung the most caring city in Asia!
