🥰 The Tainan City Government is dedicated to bridging the healthcare gap between urban and rural areas. Today, it expressed gratitude to the "Guozhen Pingan" Charity Project for donating two "Apache Wireless Handheld Ultrasound Systems". This initiative, led by 'ALTRUISTIC+ Social Enterprise' , aims to improve healthcare services for rural residents, particularly for those with chronic hepatitis B and C, supporting regular follow-ups and treatment.

🥰 Mayor Huang Wei-Che thanked the donors for their dedication to rural healthcare. Director Li Tsui-Feng of the Health Bureau presented a certificate of appreciation, recognizing their contribution to closing the urban-rural healthcare gap Director Li highlighted that Tainan's 11 underserved districts will benefit from the donation, filling essential equipment gaps and improving healthcare access. Early detection and regular ultrasound checks for hepatitis B and C are crucial for preventing liver cancer.
