'ALTRUISTIC+ Social Enterprise' and Rotary International District 3502 in collaboration with the Taoyuan City Department of Public Health, jointly promote the Diabetic Retinopathy and Macular Disease Prevention Program in Dayuan District, echoing the spirit of “Unite for Good. Health Bureau Director Chia Wei credited the partnership for boosting Taoyuan’s medical capacity. "We aim to scale this smart model for a more robust health network."
