【Transport Equation】Meeting the transportation and medical needs of underserved communities in south

     Pingtung County, located at the southernmost point of Taiwan, is narrow and long, making it more difficult for vulnerable populations to access transportation and medical care. Effective allocation of resources will be a key factor. By building the flow of civil society resources, an additional resource means an additional solution to social problems. Caring for a vulnerable individual is helping a family's primary labor force to enter the economic production. It is also the main stabilizing force for building Taiwan's workforce, families, and communities, as well as the most effective evidence of developing Taiwan's local economy.

     We thank Mr. Hou Zhihe and Ms. Su Lihui and their family for using their resources where Taiwan needs them. 'ALTRUISTIC⁺Social Enterprise' was commissioned to design and donate resource projects to the Pingtung County government to bridge the urban-rural gap and improve the quality of life for people in resource-scarce areas.

From small changes, we can ignite a cycle of goodness. Integrating civil society forces, optimizing rural medical and transportation needs, and seamlessly connecting the medical system in the future to prevent and delay benefits.

 

   'ALTRUISTIC⁺Social Enterprise' is familiar with policies and international development and integrates relationships between resources in the public and private sectors to ensure accessibility, availability, and continuity of services, protect the rights of individuals with disabilities, and improve the service efficiency of transportation and medical care.
